Abstract::
In this talk, I will discuss some phenomenology associated with low-scale breaking of supersymmetry (as in models of gauge mediation). I will argue that, without fine-tuning, low-scale supersymmetry breaking is associated with light moduli fields that cause severe cosmological problems. I will explain how physics related to the strong CP problem might help solve these problems, favoring a particular SUSY-breaking scale. I will also discuss some distinctive collider signals arising in such scenarios, with long-lived neutral particles, which are currently being searched for at the LHC.
