SUMMARY:Low-Scale SUSY Breaking: Cosmology & Collider Signals
DESCRIPTION:Featuring Matt Reece\, Harvard University\n\nPart of the HET Se
	minar Series.\n\nAbstract::\n\n In this talk\, I will discuss some phenomen
	ology associated with low-scale breaking of supersymmetry (as in models of 
	gauge mediation). I will argue that\, without fine-tuning\, low-scale super
	symmetry breaking is associated with light moduli fields that cause severe 
	cosmological problems. I will explain how physics related to the strong CP 
	problem might help solve these problems\, favoring a particular SUSY-breaki
	ng scale. I will also discuss some distinctive collider signals arising in 
	such scenarios\, with long-lived neutral particles\, which are currently be
	ing searched for at the LHC.\n &nbsp;\n\n &nbsp;
