Abstract:
The nonequilibrium dynamics of quantum systems has generated a lot of
interest in recent years based on seminal experiments in cold atomic
gases and nanostructures. In this talk I discuss universal properties
of weak interaction quenches in bulk and impurity quantum systems,
specifically the questions of thermalization and the appearance of
nonequilibrium work fluctuation theorems.
