	nonequilibrium dynamics of quantum systems has generated a lot of\ninterest
	 in recent years based on seminal experiments in cold atomic\ngases and nan
	ostructures. In this talk I discuss universal properties\nof weak interacti
	on quenches in bulk and impurity quantum systems\,\nspecifically the questi
	ons of thermalization and the appearance of\nnonequilibrium work fluctuatio
	n theorems.
