The Hunt for Dark Matter: Hints and New Searches

How do we find dark matter? In this talk, I will discuss recent advancements in our understanding of hints of dark matter, as well as new search strategies for the dark sector. In particular, I will highlight one of the most compelling long-standing hints at the heart of our own galaxy, and its potential interpretation as a signal of annihilating dark matter. I will also demonstrate the power of complementary searches using celestial bodies in new ways.
