We will be hosting informational meetings for undergraduates interested in pursuing teaching opportunities while completing your STEM major or minor.  The courses needed for high school physics certification are often easily obtained during a Physics Option 1, Physics and Astronomy, Earth Science and Physics, as well as many engineering majors.

Our Teacher in Residence for 2012-2013, Mark Greenman, will be available to meet and discuss options with you.  We would like to offer you an opportunity to visit a nearby High School physics class on an informal basis.  We hope to engage you early on in your undergraduate experiences at Boston University.  The rewards and satisfaction are great when working with young children and explaining and exploring scientific concepts with them through lab experiences and demonstrations.
