Research Interests:

Near-Field Optical Microscopy and Spectroscopy

My research is focused on near-field optical microscopy and spectroscopy of semiconductor materials and devices. In addition, I look at the design, processing, characterization, and simulation of semiconductor optoelectronic devices. Further research looks at nanoscale imaging of biological samples and biosensors. Other areas include, nano-optics, biophotonics, high-speed and Resonant Cavity Enhanced (RCE) photodetectors, time and spatially resolved optical characterization of semiconductor materials and thermal imaging.
