Antideuteron detection as a probe of dark matter

Speaker: Lisa Randall, Harvard University

When: April 5, 2010 (Mon), 12:30PM to 01:30PM (add to my calendar)

This event is part of the HET Seminar Series.

Abstract: Indirect detection could be an important probe of dark
matter. Means of detecting quark-antiquark final states and
distinguishing them from background could prove very important.
Anitdeuteron detection experiments could be very promising in this
respect and I discuss their potential.
