Janine Sciarappa is a pastry chef / instructor with over 20 years experience in the food business. She teaches pastry classes in Boston University’s Certificate Program in the Culinary Arts and the Graduate Program in Gastronomy at Metropolitan College, and the School of Hospitality Administration.
