Neutrinos for the Masses

Neutrinos are literally everywhere, yet they remain one of the least understood particles in our universe. You could walk into a room full of particle physicists and ask the very simple questions, “What is the mass of the neutrino?” or “How did the neutrino obtain a mass?”. The answers to these questions are less than satisfactory and usually the subject of endless debate. A simple overview of what we know about neutrinos and their masses will be presented. This will lead into an outline of a promising experimental technique to search for neutrino masses on an incredibly tiny scale.
