Decoherence, Entanglement and Foundations of Quantum Mechanics

Speaker: Gregg Jaeger, Boston University

When: March 23, 2007 (Fri), 01:30PM to 02:30PM (add to my calendar)
Location: SCI 352

This event is part of the Biophysics/Condensed Matter Seminar Series.

Recent results in the study of dephasing decoherence and disentanglement in few-qubit systems are considered as tools for evaluating Zurek’s decoherence approach to understanding the foundations of quantum mechanics.
