We have arranged for a limited number of dorm rooms to be available for the ATLAS workshop at BU. The dorm rooms available have private bedrooms in 4 person suites that share a common bathroom. The dorm rooms will be offered on a first come first serve basis. The cost of the dorm rooms is $60 dollars a night and must be rented for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday night at a total cost of $180. Note that we strongly encourage you to stay in the dorms if you are looking for a budget option as they are a factor of 2 to 3 times less expensive than the next cheapest option in the area. The last day to request a dorm room is 10 days before the start of the workshop – on August 5th.
Please note – Refunds on dorm rooms will only be given if a dorm room is not available .
There are many hotels in the Boston area within 10-15 min using public transportation. We have arranged to have a special rate for conference participants.
In each case when you book the hotel please mention that it is part of the ATLAS Workshop block to receive the reduced rate.
