Notes that have been already submitted cannot be completely withdrawn.
You can submit a withdrawal notification for your note in much the same
manner as you would replace it. Indicate in the comment field that
the paper has been 'deleted' or 'withdrawn'.
You should also put some indication for the reason of withdrawal in the abstract or description field.
