Homework assignments are due by 10 pm on Tuesday evenings. Most of the homework assignments are turned in on-line using WebAssign (see the one-page description of WebAssign in the syllabus), but three assignments will be handed in to the boxes in the basement of the SCI building.
Assignments listed as optional are highly recommended, because you will be responsible for that material on the test or exam that follows. To ease the pressure on you as you prepare for the test or exam, however, your grades on these assignments will not count toward your final grade.
