		<description><![CDATA[It is strongly advised not to use the bit numbers (I assume you are referring to the L1 bit numbers) but their name. 

That said, This is the link to the web based monitoring:https://cmswbm.web.cern.ch/cmswbm/

If you click on 24h and look for runs that have GLOBAL-RUN toppro
sequence, you can click in the run # and then in the L1 key and HLT
key.  The L1 key has their correct bit numbers while the HLT are order
alphabetically.
