Arrival and Lodging: We suggest that you arrive on Thursday evening and depart on Saturday after 2pm. 9:00 - 12:00 :  Research Symposium, PRB 595
12:15 - 2:00 :  Lunch with graduate students at Marciano Commons Dining Room
2:00 - 5:30   :  One-on-one conversations with faculty
5:00 - 6:00   :  Women in Physics (WIP) get together
6:00 - 9:00   :  Poster session and dinner at SCI Studio B23.

Saturday 3/24

After lunch on Saturday you are free to take some time to look around Boston. We can recommend visits to the Aquarium and art museums (MFA or Isabella Stewart Gardner), or, in fair weather, walking around the Freedom Trail and Boston Common and Boston Public Garden.
