* sotftened the write clock on the BC/accept fifo, as it was giving multiple shots.
* fixed an error condition that gave frequent false positives.
* synchronized a fifo status line to the major clock.
* made timing independent of STROBE
* changed a bit the clock writing on MCEN id FIFO.
