SUMMARY:Precision constraints on warped scenarios with custodial protection
DESCRIPTION:Featuring Eduardo Ponton\, Columbia\n\nPart of the HET Seminar
	Series.\n\nRandall-Sundrum scenarios offer a well-motivated alternative to
supersymmetry as a solution to the hierarchy problem. In addition\, bulk fe
rmions allow for an interesting geometrical origin of the observed flavor h
ierarchies\, as well as a natural suppression of neutral flavor changing ef
fects. Recent progress has allowed to control potentially large contributio
ns to the electroweak precision observables\, and therefore lower the bound
s on the new physics. I present the results of a global fit to the electrow
eak data in representative examples. Interestingly\, loop effects select re
gions of parameter space with relatively light Kaluza-Klein resonances that
can lead to an interesting phenomenology at the LHC.
