	at the March APS meeting session celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the D
	iscovery of Superconductivity\, in Dallas. Superconductivity was discovered
	 by Kammerling-Onnes\, who was the first to liquefy helium in 1908. He was 
	measuring the electrical resistance of metals and the purest metal he could
	 find was mercury\, which was purified by distillation. History and histori
	cal pictures are shown in this tape. Pictures of Einstein and Van der Waal 
	and other prominent  figures interested in the subject are shown.\n \n
	 George Zimmerman will answer questions and might show some of the ppt and 
	texts presented at the session if the audience is interested.
