	f the Condensed Matter Theory Seminar Series.\n\nAbstract:\n\nI will give a
	 brief review about the Iron-based superconductors and\nintroduce the magne
	tism of parent compounds. I will then show how to\nestimate the exchange co
	uplings from neutron scattering data. I will\ntalk about the two-orbital\, 
	three-orbital and five-orbital models\,\ncompare results with neutron scatt
	ering\, ARPES\, STM\, etc. The\nsuperconducting states will also be touched
