	sed Matter Theory Seminar Series.\n\nAbstract:\nWe theoretically investigat
	e the role of inelastic electron-electron scattering in transport propertie
	s in clean and slightly disordered graphene. We point out the similarity of
	 graphene in the vicinity of its charge neutrality point with a quantum cri
	tical system and derive its hydrodynamic transport properties from a micros
	copic starting point. Using a microscopic approach we describe crossover be
	havior from the physics of the Dirac point to more conventional Fermi liqui
	d behavior in transport properties and relations between transport coeffici
	ents\, such as the Wiedemann-Frantz law\,  and determine the range of valid
	ity of the relativistic hydrodynamic description. Finally we comment on cha
	rge neutral graphene coming very close to the notion of a perfect fluid.
