	ning in Hong Kong\, graduate school and two Post Docs in America\, a facult
	y position back in Hong Kong\, and finally a position in the BU Physics dep
	artment. She explained the transitions she had to make along the way; skill
	s she learned and challenges she faced along the way. She also gave lots of
	 advice to the students\, many of whom were considering looking for a job i
	n a foreign country after they graduate.
