	es Beard Foundation Award nominee and recipient of awards from Food & Wine\
	, Bon Appétit\, Gourmet and Saveur.  In 1999\, he founded Lumiére restaur
	ant in Newton\, which was named one off the "Best New Restaurants in Americ
	a" by Bon Appétit.  In 2011\, Chef Leviton co-founded Area Four restaurant
	 in Cambridge and spinoffs A4 Pizza and A4 Truck.  Currently he has stepped
	 away from the restaurant business to commit himself to family\, teaching a
	nd increasing public awareness of local and sustainable foods.  Chef Levito
	n served in 2010-2014 as Chair of Chefs Collaborative\, a national nonprofi
	t network of chefs committed to building a better food system\, and is a Co
