	ies.\n\nThe phenomena of High Tc superconductivity is believed to be relate
	d to the proximity to underlying quantum criticality\, which also gives ris
	e to the Non-Fermi liquid normal state behavior. In this talk\, we propose 
	a solvable large N toy model\, that enables one to study the interplay betw
	een superconducting instability and pair-breaking Non-fermi-liquid effects.
	 We study the interplay both from the perturbative RG point of view; as wel
	l as from the non-perturbative Schwinger-dyson eliashberg equations. We sho
	w how both approaches yield the same phase structure. As a by-product\, we 
	also demonstrate the formal connection between the two methods.
