SUMMARY:Tunneling-based quantum devices with ultracold strongly interacting
	 atoms
DESCRIPTION:Featuring Andrea Trombettoni \, CNR-IOM and SISSA\, Trieste\n\n
Part of the Condensed Matter Theory Seminar Series.\n\nAfter briefly review
ing the use of ultracold atoms for the implementation of\nquantum devices\,
I present in the first part of the talk recent results on\nthe Josephson d
ynamics of two superfluid ultracold fermionic gases weakly\nlinked by a con
trollable barrier [1]. In the second part I discuss weakly\ncoupled Y-junct
ions of Tonks-Girardeau gases\, showing recent results on the\nexperimental
realization of Y-geometries with holographic traps [2].\n \n[1] G. Valtoli
