SUMMARY:Confronting the strong CP problem at the LHC
DESCRIPTION:Featuring Anson Hook\, IAS\n\nPart of the HET Seminar Series.\n
\nAbstract:\nWe argue that solutions to the strong CP problem motivate diff
erent searches for TeV scale physics at the LHC than are currently being em
phasized. We present two solutions to the strong CP problem that require t
he existence of new colored particles with masses below 10 TeV. New motiva
ted searches at the LHC would provide a strong constraint on these solution
s to the strong CP problem.
