	 to what goes on. I will try to address the many questions that are often r
	aised by the thousands of authors\, referees and readers. I will discuss up
	coming projects and policy changes that may affect you and reflect on how P
	RL needs to orient itself in the rapidly changing landscape of scientific p
	ublishing.
