	lerators of unprecedented energies.  By opening this new energy scale\, phy
	sicists expect to solve some of the most profound and vexing mysteries abou
	t the Universe.  The origin of mass\, the explanation for dark mass\, new s
	ymmetries\, the discovery of extra dimensions of space\, and substantial pr
	ogress in the unification of all forces seem to be within reach.  I will re
	view why the physics expectations for the next decade are so dramatic and h
	ow the US particle physics program must evolve in order to contribute to th
	e dramatic discoveries ahead.
