ium dynamical behaviour in a system which is driven out of equilibrium at s
ome finite rate. As some research has been done previously regarding to sys
tems with quenches in temperature\, and scaling functions has been proposed
and tested with quantum and classical models. Here we investigate the 2D I
sing Model in a linearly varying magnetic field\, where we can apply the sa
me scaling function but with different critical exponents. Also\, we found
interesting power-law behaviour in first order phase transition where T
