APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Requirements:
- Eligibility:
Students must be at least 16 years of age by June 30 of
the current program year and should be between their junior and senior year
of high school.
- Application Form:
Complete the application form found in the High School Honors Brochure, or
print out the table below. Click
HERE if you want a brochure sent to you by mail.
- Personal Statement:
A one-page personal statement sharing a story about
yourself- somewhere you have been or something you have done or want to do.
Don't be afraid to be creative. A one-paragraph statement on area of
research interest (Research Internship applicants only).
- Recommendation Letters:
General Honors Program: TWO letters of recommendation from teachers
and/or guidance counselors are required.
Research Internship Program: TWO letters of recommendation from
science/math teachers.

- PSAT/SAT Scores:
A copy of your most recent PSAT or SAT scores.
- High School Transcripts:
An OFFICIAL copy of your high school transcript, listing your most recent
Fall semester grades or later.
