APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Requirements:

  1. Eligibility: Students must be at least 16 years of age by June 30 of the current program year and should be between their junior and senior year of high school.

  2. Application Form: Complete the application form found in the High School Honors Brochure, or print out the table below. Click HERE if you want a brochure sent to you by mail.

  3. Personal Statement: A one-page personal statement sharing a story about yourself- somewhere you have been or something you have done or want to do. Don't be afraid to be creative. A one-paragraph statement on area of research interest (Research Internship applicants only).

  4. Recommendation Letters: 
    General Honors Program: TWO letters of recommendation from teachers and/or guidance counselors are required.
    Research Internship Program: TWO letters of recommendation from science/math teachers.
    A generic recommendation form can be found by clicking HERE.

  5. PSAT/SAT Scores:
    A copy of your most recent PSAT or SAT scores.

  6. High School Transcripts:
    An OFFICIAL copy of your high school transcript, listing your most recent Fall semester grades or later.

  7. Mailing Address:
